At Your Vesa, our mission is to empower all patients everywhere with real-time information to make informed decisions about their healthcare experience. How we see the world is simple.
WE LEARN FROM OUR PAST
We believe in learning from the past; both that of the cumulative company and from each individual. Yet, we have an unwavering focus forward and don’t dwell in the past. We love metrics but make human decisions based on the information available.
WE HAVE REALISTIC OPTIMISM WITH A DASH OF CYNICISM
We approach everything as though it can be done, but question whether it should be and if yes, should it be done now. We take initiative, we’re proactive, we challenge each other, we take risks and we adapt when needed.
WE ARE OUR CUSTOMERS
Our customers’ happiness, success, goals, and expectations rely on everyone’s empathy, understanding, and passion for solving their pain. When you mess with our customers, you mess with all of us. This goes for each other as well: knowledge is power, but empathy is key.
